If you've already logged in since the upgrade, be sure to use the new password you created.
[X] "Forgot Password?" only applies to users who have already logged in since our upgrade and created a new password. If you haven't logged in since the upgrade, follow the instructions on this page to log in.

If you have logged in and need to retrieve the password you created, continue to retrieve your forgotten password.

Important Changes to Southside Online Banking

In our efforts to bring you the best possible online banking experience, Southside upgraded FREE Southside Online Banking on January 23, 2013.

While this enhancement offers you more flexibility, functionality and control over your finances, it also comes with a few important changes that will temporarily affect the way you log into Southside Online Banking.

First time logging in since the upgrade?

  • Use your existing Sign-on ID
  • Enter your existing Password in all lower case letters

Once you've signed in for the first time, you'll be prompted to create a personalized Sign-on ID and Password for all future sessions.

Take a moment to review your recurring or scheduled transfers and your Southside E-Bill Pay billers, as you may need to set those up again.

If you are already a user of the new Southside Online Banking, use the new Sign-on ID and Password you've already created.
